Inphusio led a Management workshop on March 17, 2022, during the HR Lux Trade Fair exhibition organisé par Eivilux.
The topic chosen for this workshop was motivation: "What if we (re)motivated our troops?".
During this workshop, we discussed about the different levers of motivation, we shared good daily practices that are quick and efficient, but we also focused on the personal motivation of the Manager.
In the current complex, this recreational workshop gave a breath of fresh air and a bowl of good humor to all participants!
