But did you know that it is also a stress management method? -> Free, discreet and effective! 😉

I had selected this tool for further study during the training day on "Manager Development" (Management Academy program of Eivilux) because I have been testing it myself for several months.

⏳ The 3.6.5, this is one of the application methods for cardiac coherence: 3 times a day, 6 breaths per minute, for 5 minutes.

👉 Nothing easier: you breathe in on 5 beats, breathe out on 5 beats, and do this for 5 minutes. (Apps exist to guide you...)

I will not go into scientific explanations: if you want to know more, you will find a lot of information on the internet ....

💡 But, to give you an idea, know that 5 min of cardiac coherence have the ability to lower your cortisol level (stress hormone) by 20 to 30% during a period of 4h to 6h...

...while a negative emotion like anger will negatively impact your energy again 8 hours later!

✅ The benefits are instantaneous: lower heart rate and blood pressure. When applied more regularly, cardiac coherence promotes mental clarity, facilitates decision-making and improves intellectual and creative abilities, among other things.

🎁 Two variations are also possible:

🤸‍♂️ to energize yourself: inhale on 6, exhale on 4

🧘‍♀️pour calm down: inhale on 4, exhale on 6
