Invited by Eivilux to a special HR morning "War of the Talents", I had the opportunity to speak as interim HRD about the importance of training managers and employees in current, responsible and humanistic management practices.
We talked about the current expectations of employees, intercultural management, the importance of accompanying international employees in their integration into the company...and into the country!
