June 2022 - Management Academy - 6th session!
After Module 2 "Manager Development" last January, we are back with the participants of the Management Academy ofEiviLuxĀ for their latest module, Change Management.
šØ Today more than ever, change management is one of the managerial skills that make the difference. Taking the time to train, to understand what is at stake and to have a few good tools in one's toolbox makes it possible to manage change by creating a secure and controlled context.
